At Advanced Concrete Foundations we apply only Mar-Flex water proofing products. Our standard water proofing package is Mar-Flex 5000 water based membrane with a 1" Shockwave board. The 1" board provides an R-value of 9 (R means resistance to heat flow. The higher the R-value, the greater the insulating power). The Shockwave board is made completly of recycled material and acts not only as a shock absorber during backfill, but is also designed to drain high volumes of water away from the wall. The standard water proofing package comes with a 50 year limited warranty through Mar-Flex.
